Frequently Asked Questions

There are no power saving settings on my watch faces. Garmin provides developers 2 watch face modes: regular and "always on" mode. If "always on" mode is disabled, then your watch will appear to turn off. All watch faces are only allowed to use 10% of the watches available pixels during the "always on" mode. Also, during the "always on" the screen will only update once per minute.

Creating a watch face may seem pretty simple, but it actually takes a lot of work and a lot of time. You need to design it, create the graphics, research things, develop it, deal with lots of errors and problems, do some marketing things, and adapt it to work with all the watches.

The temperature actually comes from Garmin's weather system and not all watches support it. If the information isn't available, or your watch doesn't support it, then the temperature cannot be displayed.

Your watch may not be connected to your phone properly. Check your status panel for the phone and/or Bluetooth icon. The status panel is located under the date line and above the bottom position.
